Our used MB parts are carefully selected, identified through MB’s EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue), packed, marked, labelled, and documented in compliance with all applicable IATA-DGR and 49 CFR (U.S. DOT) HAZMAT shipping regulations.

We do not offer a warranty on any of our core parts, not due to our lack of confidence, but simply because the parts are Genuine MB. We know that our parts can provide savings of over 40% if remanufactured and rebuilt as new. The advantage is transferred to you.

Within the US, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

We ship worldwide from our international locations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and informed through an invoice via e-mail. Items are subject to additional shipping costs based on many differing factors. We are happy to deliver to your preferred logistic agent. Feel free to ask us anything questions.

Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS within the US and on International Orders

• Within the US: We will accept returns on most items within 30 days from the day of receipt.

• International Orders: We will accept returns on most items within 90 days from the day of receipt.

Items that are advertised as-is, for parts that require a repair, not working, or is a core are exempt from being returned unless the item is not as described. To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have passed since the day of receipt, we cannot offer you a refund.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any returned item.
