South Korea is one of the biggest Mercedes-Benz (incl. AMG) markets in the world. As a key market of the E-Class and S-Class, South Korea eventually has a high volume of core parts coming out of our wreck yard. For better accessibility and customer satisfaction, we are planning to distribute our core parts to our partner companies around the world.
	[Product] What is a core part?
A core auto part is a part or a component of an auto part that can be rebuilt and sold as a remanufactured part or a part that can be recycled for its materials.
	[Order] Is a bulk order discount available?
Since our business mainly deals with cores, we are always happy to deal with bulk orders. The discount rate will depend on the final quantity, shipping cost, and volume-mix.

	[Delivery] How are the goods shipped?
As most of our cores are bulky, we mainly ship them via sea freight if the destination is overseas. If stock is available in the same continent and country, we ship via interstate land transportation. The only item that we can air freight (per request by the buyer) are control units. Goods are dispatched to the forwarding agent once the bank transfer has been received. If you know a forwarder, a pick-up is also possible once the full payment has been made. 	[Product] Are the parts clean and ready for a core return?
Yes, our parts are 100% ready for core return. All our products are cleaned and packed according to core return guidelines. Rest assured! We deliver quality and satisfaction.

Yes, our products are all used cores off from the wrecking yard. Our products are genuine products and ready for remanufacturing or recycling.
